What office and crew actually get

A private ops portal for install and event businesses. Diary, kit, and paperwork on the job — not a client booking page, not a general CRM.

Two views, one company

Office and crew on the same record

You create a company at baythree.app. Office and crew then use {company}.baythree.app. Copy, times and money are UK-first: English (UK), Europe/London, amounts in pounds.

Office

Admins run the week from the company host:

  • Events (diary) by hand or optionally from a Google Sheet
  • Stock — quantity or serialised
  • Crew and invites
  • Review of invoices and receipts
  • Settings, billing, and a CSV export for accounts

Crew

Crew sign in on the same host and land on their own list:

  • Upcoming and past jobs
  • Address, depot, role, kit notes
  • Debrief when the job is done
  • Kit on that job
  • Invoice and receipt uploads from the phone

They do not get the office stock catalogue or other people’s shifts.

On the job

Diary, kit, paperwork

  • Rows of banquet chairs set out in an empty hall before the event

    Job diary

Venue, call time, finish time where you have it, postcode, depot, role (install, collect, delivery, or other), and notes. Assign crew across depots. The diary is the source crew actually open.

  • Rows of black flight cases stacked in a kit store

    Kit tracking

Quantity (how many drums, how many bases) or serialised (a named unit with its own status). Mark out, back in, lost, broken, or retired. Crew see the same kit list for the job they are on.

  • Handwritten paper receipt lying on a wooden table

    Crew paperwork

Invoices and receipts attached to the job. Receipt categories cover usual site costs (fuel, parking, congestion charge, materials, other). Office approve, reject, mark paid, export CSV.

This is the wrong product if…

Bay Three is not a public booking page for your clients, and it is not a general CRM. It does not sell tickets, take client deposits, or run a shared login for every customer on one URL.

If you do not run jobs with people and kit — install, collect, delivery, warehouse — this is the wrong product.
