Walkthrough
How it works
Office sets the diary. Crew see their jobs. Kit and paperwork stay on the job — in a private company space at {company}.baythree.app.
-
01 · Company
A private portal
Bay Three is a UK ops portal for install and event businesses that send people and kit out to site. It is not a client booking site and not a shared login for every customer on one URL.
Create a company at baythree.app/signup, then use
{company}.baythree.app. English (UK), Europe/London, amounts in pounds. -
02 · Diary
Office sets the diary
Add a job by hand, or optionally pull an itinerary from a master Google Sheet if your office already keeps one. New companies do not need a sheet — Events work in the portal without it. Each job carries venue, call time, finish time where you have it, postcode, depot, role, and notes.
Assign crew. Sheet names that match people already in Bay Three are assigned on import. Invites are separate — office sends a link, crew join, then they appear on the diary.
-
03 · Crew
Crew see their jobs
Crew land on their own list: upcoming jobs, past jobs, and paperwork they have already sent in. They do not get the office stock catalogue or other people’s shifts.
Open a job for address, depot, role, kit notes, and extra notes. Mark complete and leave a debrief — that shows back on the office event list.
-
04 · Kit
Kit stays on the job
Stock is a catalogue of kit. Items are quantity or serialised.
- Office lists what the job needs and marks quantity or serialised units out.
- When the job is done, mark them back in — or lost, broken, or retired.
- Crew can see kit on the job they are on.
-
05 · Paperwork
Paperwork stays on the job
Crew send invoices and receipts from the phone, attached to the job — not a photo dumped in a group chat. Amounts are in pounds.
Office review queue: submitted, approved, rejected, paid. Export a CSV by the date on the document (day/month/year).
-
06 · Close
Office closes the loop
The same job record holds the diary line, who went, what kit moved, the debrief, and the paperwork. Export is for accounts. Bay Three subscription billing sits under Billing (Stripe).
Support is email: hello@baythree.co.uk. We do not list a phone number or a 24-hour response time on this site.

07 · Trial
Fourteen days, then a paid plan
New companies start with a 14-day trial. When you are ready to continue, choose a plan on Billing. Plans are monthly in GBP. Starter £99 (up to 10 crew), Ops £149 (up to 40), Company £299 (up to 200). See pricing and the Terms of Service.
