FAQ
Straight answers for install and event operators. If something here disagrees with the Terms, the Terms win.
What is Bay Three?
Bay Three is a UK ops portal for install and event businesses: job diary, kit tracking, and crew paperwork in one company space. Marketing lives at baythree.co.uk. The product lives at baythree.app and {company}.baythree.app.
Who is it for?
Small-to-mid UK teams that send crew and kit to site — install, collect, delivery, warehouse. Office staff run the diary; crew need the call sheet, kit list and a way to send invoices and receipts from the phone.
It is not a public booking page for your clients, and it is not a general CRM. If you do not run jobs with people and kit, this is the wrong product.
What do we actually get?
A private company portal with two views:
Office — events (diary), stock, crew and invites, review of invoices and receipts, settings, billing, and a CSV export for accounts.
Crew — their jobs, debrief, kit on that job, and uploads for invoices and receipts.
Kit can be quantity or serialised. Diary jobs can be added by hand or pulled from a Google Sheet you already keep. Times are Europe/London; money is GBP.
How much does it cost?
Monthly plans, in GBP:
Starter £99 / month — up to 10 crew.
Ops £149 / month — up to 40 crew.
Company £299 / month — up to 200 crew.
The published seat caps for each plan are on the pricing page (10 / 40 / 200). Every paid plan includes the full portal — diary, kit, paperwork, multi-depot, and optional sheet sync. Plans differ by crew seats and support level, not by locking product features.
Are plans monthly only?
Yes. Plans are monthly only. We do not sell a yearly or discounted long-term rate on the site.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
New companies get a full 14-day trial. When the trial finishes, choose a monthly plan on Billing to keep using diary, kit, crew invites and the rest of day-to-day ops. Billing stays open for admins so you can pick a plan whenever you are ready.
The same applies if a subscription ends or payment needs updating. Details are in the Terms of Service.
Can we keep working in a limited mode after the trial?
Day-to-day ops need an active plan after the trial. There is no long read-only ops mode. Admins can always open Billing to subscribe or update payment, and support stays available if you need a hand.
How do we cancel, and is the product live?
Cancel in Billing in the product (Stripe customer portal where available) or email hello@baythree.co.uk. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires it or we agree in writing.
Yes — the marketing site is live at baythree.co.uk and the app at baythree.app / {company}.baythree.app.
How do we get support?
Email hello@baythree.co.uk. Every plan includes email support; Company also includes priority onboarding and dedicated support. We do not publish a phone number or 24-hour response promise on this site.
How is data handled, and who owns the job records?
You own your operational data — jobs, crew, kit movements, invoices, receipts and uploads. Bay Three does not claim ownership of that content. Access is limited to signed-in users in your organisation. Uploads sit in private storage.
We use processors to run the service (including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare at the edge). Optional Google Sheets sync runs at your direction. High-level privacy, retention and UK GDPR rights are in the privacy policy. We do not sell personal data. We do not claim a named security certification on this page.
Where is the registered office?
Bay Three Ltd. Email hello@baythree.co.uk. Registered office details are available on request and will be published when confirmed — they are not listed here yet.
